Refund policy
How refunds will work for 36gud purchases.
Draft: pending legal review before launch.
Nothing is on sale yet
36gud is not collecting payments today. The final refund policy, including tax treatment, will be published here before any purchase is possible.
Proposed approach
Duplicate or technically failed purchases will be refundable. Service complaints will receive a human review. This is a proposal and not yet a commitment.
